Staron Quartz Surfaces are a truly remarkable blend of nature and technology, More than 90% of the material is actual mined quartz crystals, one of the hardest minerals naturally found in the earth.
Quartz crystals are combined with technologically advanced polymers, resulting in a surface that is luxuriously smooth, with a high gloss that does not require waxing or polishing to maintain the incredible beauty of its surface. Staron is heat resistant, highly resistant to scratches, chips and cracks, and has a nonporous surface that repels stains, moisture and bacteria.
Staron Quartz is superior to natural granite in many ways:
- It has a predictable and consistent color.
- It is harder than granite because of its higher quartz content.
- Its nonporous surface doesn't have to be periodically resealed, as does granite and other natural stone
- Has a transferable 10 year warranty.
