History
In 1964, Frank Monschein started a countertop shop in Modesto, California. It was small, but Frank had dreams of growing an important business based on new levels of product quality, customer satisfaction and solid service. In 1966, the business added a commercial cabinet division to satisfy the growing needs of a rapidly expanding marketplace. The reception in the building community was strong, and in 1967, this led to the addition of cabinetry manufacturing for production homes and custom residences, alike.
In 1978, the cabinet division was moved into a new state of the art facility in nearby Riverbank, and from there it was poised to make its next big leap in production and productivity.
Today, Frank and his son, Michael operate one of the largest cabinet and countertop manufacturing companies in Northern California. Demand for Monschein Industries, Inc. products has propelled the company to a thriving enterprise, employing over 350 skilled personnel operating in a facility that is still expanding, outwardly in size, and inwardly, with continuing investment in new technology.
